The invention discloses an inclined slipway ship launching rudder blade sealing method and frock, the rudder blade is sealed by measuring the distance between a steering engine base and a tiller clamping groove, the frock comprises a frock body used for being supported between the steering engine base; the clamping teeth are arranged in the middle section of the tool body and used for being clamped between the tiller clamping grooves; the lifting lug is arranged at the top of the tool body and is used for mounting and dismounting the tool; the adjusting structures are arranged at the two ends of the tool body and can adjust the tool according to the distance between the steering engine bases; and the anti-skid structure is arranged on the outer side of the adjusting structure and is used for preventing the tool from falling off when the tool is used. According to the rudder blade sealing method, welding and fire operation are not needed, the clamping teeth of the tool are clamped between the clamping grooves of the tiller, the two ends of the tool body abut against the steering engine base, and then the rudder blade can be fixed to the zero position.
