The shell is installed on the rope, the walking assembly drives the shell to move on the rope, in the moving process of the rope, the cutting assembly cuts garbage on the rope, the cut garbage is washed away under the action of water flow, and therefore the purpose of cleaning the garbage wound on the ship steel cable is achieved.
