And a lifting mechanism is mounted at one end of the wind power limiting frame. The wind power equipment can be assembled on a shore base with a relatively superior environment, then the assembled whole is loaded on the deck transport ship, the deck transport ship and the clamping mechanism are used for transporting the whole wind power equipment, the deck transport ship can be positioned through the constant tension winch, and the wind power equipment can be transported through the deck transport ship. The deck transport ship is kept at a set position, and the wind power equipment can be directly lifted to the fan base through the lifting mechanism, so that one-stop transportation and installation of the offshore wind power equipment are realized, intermediate processes are greatly reduced, the installation environment is improved, and the installation efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及风电设备安装技术领域,公开了海洋风电设备运输安装一站式系统,包括甲板运输船以及固定安装在甲板运输船上端的风电限位架,所述甲板运输船的一端位于风电限位架的内侧安装有一组恒张力绞车,所述风电限位架的一端安装有提升机构。本发明可以将风电设备在环境相对优越的岸基进行组装,然后将组装完成后的整体装载于甲板运输船,再通过甲板运输船和夹持机构对风电设备进行整体运输,通过恒张力绞车可以对甲板运输船进行定位,使得甲板运输船保持在设定的位置,通过提升机构可以直接将风电设备提升至风机机座上,从而实现海上风电设备的一站式运输和安装,大大减少了中间流程,改善了安装环境,提高了安装效率。
