The upper frame and the lower frame are rectangular plane frames and are horizontally placed; the front part of the upper frame is overlapped above the rear part of the lower frame, and a plurality of straight-strip-shaped upright posts are welded between the bottom surface of a boundary beam of the upper frame and the surface of a boundary beam of the lower frame, so that a bearing framework is formed; straight-strip-shaped stand columns between the upper frame edge longitudinal beams and the lower frame edge longitudinal beams of the bearing frame are replaced with arc-shaped supporting rods; every two arc-shaped supporting rods form a group and are respectively fixed at the front part and the rear part of the bearing frame in a mirror symmetry manner. The battery has the beneficial technical effects that the buffer structure is arranged in the main stress direction of the bearing frame, so that the possibility of short circuit or open circuit in the battery is effectively avoided.
为解决现有技术电动三轮摩托车电池仓存在的容易使得承载框架产生变形或破裂和容易引起电池内部短路或断路等问题,本发明提出一种电动三轮摩托车悬吊式电池仓,包括,上框、下框、主梁、后轮支座、保险杠和脚踏板;所述上框和下框均为矩形平面框架,且都水平放置;所述上框的前部重叠在所述下框后部的上方,若干直条形立柱焊接在上框边梁底面和下框边梁表面之间,由此构成承载框架;并将承载框架的上框边纵梁与下框边纵梁之间的直条形立柱替换成弧形支撑杆;所述弧形支撑杆两支一组分别镜像对称固定在承载框架的前部和后部。本发明的有益技术效果是在承载框架的主受力方向设置缓冲结构,有效避免了电池内部短路或断路的可能性。
