The invention discloses a self-learning compensation method and system for torque null shift of a steering system, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: controlling a target vehicle to keep straight driving on a flat road, recording the torque of a steering torsion bar of a steering wheel, and calculating a second null shift value according to the torque of the steering torsion bar of the steering wheel; controlling the target vehicle to rotate a steering wheel to run on the level road, recording the steering wheel steering torsion bar torque, screening the steering wheel steering torsion bar torque according to the steering wheel rotation angle, and calculating a third null shift value according to the screened steering wheel steering torsion bar torque, and carrying out weighted summation on a null shift value written in the auxiliary driving function controller. According to the method, the weighted null-shift value is written into the auxiliary driving function controller, so that the problems that the null-shift value is changed in a short term due to the short-term change of a certain steering system factor, and the working condition is single and the applicability is weak when the null-shift value which is changed in the short term is directly written into the auxiliary driving function controller can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种针对转向系统扭矩零飘自学习补偿方法及系统,方法具体包括以下步骤:控制目标车辆在平路上保持直线行驶,记录方向盘转向扭杆力矩,根据所述方向盘转向扭杆力矩,计算得到第二零飘值;控制目标车辆转动方向盘在平路上行驶,记录方向盘转向扭杆力矩,根据方向盘转动角度对所述方向盘转向扭杆力矩进行筛选,根据筛选得到的方向盘转向扭矩力矩计算得到第三零飘值,与辅助驾驶功能控制器中写入的零飘值进行加权求和。本发明将加权处理后的零飘值写入辅助驾驶功能控制器,可以避免某个转向系统因子短期变化,而导致零飘值短期发生变化,进而将短期发生变化的零飘值直接写入辅助驾驶智能控制器存在工况单一,适用性弱的问题。
