The invention discloses a road traffic volume statistical method based on checkpoint data, and the method comprises the steps: employing the unique license plate number characteristics of motor vehicles, summarizing the possible misjudgment conditions of a license plate recognition technology, filtering out the motor vehicles with extremely low travel frequency in combination with the travel frequency distribution conditions of the motor vehicles in a time window, and carrying out the calculation of the traffic volume. And classifying the checkpoint records which are wrongly identified into a candidate license plate set for recall. Map matching and shortest path algorithms are adopted to remove abnormal points of large-distance travel of the motor vehicle in an extremely short time, then a KSP algorithm and a KMP algorithm are adopted to select a record with identification errors in which license plate numbers and track points are most matched from a candidate license plate set, driving track data of the motor vehicle is modified, and finally, a driving relation between the vehicle and a road is combined to determine the driving track of the motor vehicle. And traffic volume changes of the road all day and at different moments are calculated.

    本发明公开了一种基于卡口数据的道路交通量统计方法,利用机动车唯一的车牌号特征,归纳车牌识别技术可能出现的误判情况,在结合时间窗口内机动车的出行频率分布情况,过滤掉出行频率极低的机动车,将识别错误的卡口记录归入候选车牌集合,待召回。采用地图匹配和最短路径算法,去除掉机动车在极短时间内的大距离出行的异常点,然后采用KSP算法和KMP算法从候选车牌集合选择车牌号和轨迹点都最匹配的识别错误的记录,修改机动车的行驶轨迹数据,最后,结合车辆和道路的行驶关系,计算出道路全天和不同时刻的交通量变化。
