The invention provides a captive screw device. The captive screw device comprises a first matching piece and a second matching piece which are used for being matched with a spatial load product. The screw joint piece is used for connecting the first matching piece and the second matching piece; the elastic piece is arranged on the screw joint piece in a sleeving manner; the screwing piece comprises a head part and a screw rod with threads; the screw rod comprises a flange protruding out of the surface of a screw rod body. The elastic piece is positioned between the head part and the first matching piece; when the first matching piece and the second matching piece are separated, the screwing piece is limited on the first matching piece through the flange, and the elastic piece is configured to provide elastic acting force for the screwing piece, so that the plane where the end, away from the head, of the screw is located is not lower than the plane where the surface of the side, close to the second matching piece, of the first matching piece is located. The captive screw device can realize that the screw does not loosen, the sharp part does not protrude out of the surface of a product, and no extra space is occupied.

    本发明提供一种松不脱螺钉装置,包括用以与空间载荷产品配合的第一配合件和第二配合件;以及用以连接所述第一配合件和第二配合件的螺接件;还包括套设于螺接件上的弹性件;所述螺接件包括头部和具有螺纹的螺杆;所述螺杆包括有凸出于螺杆杆体表面的凸缘;所述弹性件位于头部和第一配合件之间;当所述第一配合件和第二配合件分离时,所述螺接件通过所述凸缘限位于第一配合件上,所述弹性件被配置为向螺接件提供弹性作用力使得螺杆的远离头部的一端所在平面不低于第一配合件的靠近第二配合件的一侧表面所在平面。该松不脱螺钉装置可以实现螺钉不松脱且尖锐部分不突出于产品表面,不会额外占用空间。
