The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of silicon carbide aerogel, and particularly relates to a preparation method of biomass in-situ converted silicon carbide heat-insulating aerogel, the prepared silicon carbide heat-insulating aerogel and application of the silicon carbide heat-insulating aerogel as a high-temperature heat-insulating material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon template through carbonization after freeze drying, soaking the carbon template in a mixed solution of tetraethyl orthosilicate, ethanol and deionized water, taking out the carbon template soaked in the mixed solution, drying, and calcining at high temperature to prepare the biomass in-situ converted silicon carbide heat-insulating aerogel. Due to the high-temperature stability of the ceramic component, the structural stability can be kept for a long time under butane flame; due to the unique three-dimensional porous structure of the silicon carbide heat insulation aerogel, the material has certain heat insulation performance in an aerobic environment.

    本发明属于碳化硅气凝胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种生物质原位转化碳化硅隔热气凝胶的制备方法和制得的碳化硅隔热气凝胶,以及该碳化硅隔热气凝胶作为高温隔热材料的用途。本发明采用冷冻干燥后碳化制备碳模板,将碳模板浸泡在正硅酸四乙酯、乙醇和去离子水的混合溶液中,将浸渍过上述混合溶液的碳模板取出烘干后在高温下煅烧,制得生物质原位转化的碳化硅隔热气凝胶。由于其陶瓷组分的高温稳定性,能够在丁烷焰下长时间保持结构稳定;碳化硅隔热气凝胶由于其独特的三维多孔结构使得该材料在有氧环境下具备一定的隔热性能。
