The invention discloses an anti-knotting iron plate weighing crane which comprises a supporting column, a cross beam is fixedly connected to the top of the supporting column, and a wing plate is fixedly connected to the side face of the cross beam. The reason for knotting of the steel wire ropes of the crane is that part of the steel wire ropes are wound mutually, when the weight of a heavy object is large, twisting of the steel wire ropes is caused, lifting mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of a pulley of the crane, and the pulley starts to fall along with releasing of the steel wire ropes; the telescopic column starts to slide downwards in the sleeve, in the sliding process, the telescopic column is always subjected to the elastic force of the spring, the elastic force can reduce part of pressure of the steel wire rope, and meanwhile the sleeve is rotationally connected to the bottom of the sliding plate, so that the sleeve can limit the pulley to rotate in the radial direction while not affecting swing of the pulley; and the problem of winding of the steel wire rope is further prevented.

    本发明公开了一种防打结的铁板称重用起重机,包括支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部固定连接有横梁,所述横梁的侧面固定连接有翼板,涉及起重机技术领域,该一种防打结的铁板称重用起重机,起重机钢丝绳打结的原因有一部分来自钢丝绳之间相互缠绕,在重物的重量比较大时,就会造成钢丝的扭转,而该起重机的滑轮两侧设置有提拉机构,随着钢丝绳的放出,滑轮开始下落,由于滑轮和伸缩柱连接,于是伸缩柱在套筒内部也开始向下滑行,在下滑过程中,伸缩柱始终受到弹簧的弹力,这部分弹力能够减轻钢丝绳的一部分压力,同时套筒转动连接在滑行板的底部,所以套筒在不影响滑轮摆动的同时也能限制滑轮沿着径向旋转,进一步达到防止钢丝绳缠绕的问题出现。
