The invention relates to a quick-mounting lifting appliance for a nuclear power station. The quick-mounting lifting appliance can be applied to maintenance work of lifting a nuclear detection detector to a standard transportation position in a reactor disassembly process of the nuclear power station. The main body structure is composed of two semi-arc ring pieces, and openings are reserved in the two sides of the main body structure. A limiting protection baffle is arranged on the upper portion of the inner surface of the semi-arc ring piece, a limiting protection baffle observation hole is formed in the limiting protection baffle, a half-moon type embedding mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the inner surface of the semi-arc ring piece, a cylindrical sliding type locking device is arranged on the lower portion of the semi-arc ring piece, and the half-moon type embedding mechanism can rapidly slide to a locking position after being installed in place. Inward pressure is applied to the semi-circular-arc ring piece through a limiting platform on the lower portion of the semi-circular-arc ring piece, meanwhile, the semi-circular-arc ring piece is limited, a limiting column rail on the cylindrical sliding type locking device is matched with a limiting column on the semi-circular-arc ring piece, and a hanging ring is arranged on the semi-circular-arc ring piece. The device has the characteristics of simple operation, quick installation, reliable connection and the like.

    本发明涉及一种用于核电站的快装吊具,可应用于核电站反应堆解体过程中核测探测器提升至标准运输位置的检修工作中。主体结构由两块半圆弧环片组成,两侧留有开口;半圆弧环片内表面上部设置限位保护挡板,限位保护挡板设置有限位保护挡板观察孔,半圆弧环片内表面下部设置半月式嵌入机构,半圆弧环片下部设置圆柱形滑动式锁紧装置,在半月式嵌入机构安装到位后可快速下滑至锁紧位,通过半圆弧环片下部的限位平台给半圆弧环片施加一个向内压力,同时对半圆弧环片进行限位,圆柱形滑动式锁紧装置上限位柱轨道与半圆弧环片上的限位柱配合,半圆弧环片上设置有吊环。具有操作简单、安装快速、连接可靠等特点。
