The device has the beneficial effects that a stirring motor can drive a shaft rod to rotate, the shaft rod drives a fixed rod and a long stirring rod and a short stirring rod on the fixed rod to rotate, and the long stirring rod and the short stirring rod on the fixed rod are matched, so that wet powder can be stirred and dispersed, and adhesion of the wet powder can be prevented; and when the shaft rod rotates, the supporting rod and the material scraping plate are driven to rotate, and the material scraping plate can scrape off wet powder on the inner wall of the material barrel.

    本发明公开了一种可防粘结的潮湿粉料给料机,包括料桶,料桶顶部的外壁上通过螺栓固定有搅动电机,且搅动电机的输出轴上设置轴杆,料桶顶部的外壁上通过螺栓固定有若干个固定杆,且轴杆和固定杆的外壁上均焊接有若干个搅动长杆,搅动长杆的外壁上焊接有若干个搅动短杆,轴杆底端的外壁上通过螺栓固定有支撑杆,且支撑杆远离轴杆的另一端通过螺栓固定有刮料板。本发明有益效果搅动电机能够带动轴杆转动,轴杆带动固定杆和固定杆上的搅动长杆和搅动短杆转动,与固定杆上的搅动长杆和搅动短杆配合,能够对潮湿粉料进行搅动分散,能够防止潮湿粉料粘接,并且轴杆转动时会带动支撑杆和刮料板转动,刮料板能够将料桶内壁上潮湿粉料挂掉。
