The invention relates to an intelligent water conservancy deep water quality and hydrology monitoring system which comprises a base (3), a floater (4) and a stranded cable (5) connected with the base (3) and the floater (4), and the base (3) is positioned on a riverbed (1) by means of the gravity of the base (3); a winch (8) for winding and unwinding a stranded cable (5) is arranged in the base (3), the gravity center (23) of the floater (4) coincides with the geometric center, the floater (4) is integrated with a wireless communication unit, a control unit, a hydrological monitoring assembly, a water quality monitoring assembly, a volume regulating and controlling assembly and a posture adjusting assembly, a sliding rail (21) parallel to the long axis of the floater (4) is arranged at the bottom of the floater (4), a sliding block (22) is arranged in the sliding rail (21), and the sliding block (22) is connected with the floater (4). The floater (4) is in spherical hinge sliding connection with the stranded cable (5) through the sliding block (22); the sliding rail (21) is provided with an induction magnetic strip (24) which is used for measuring the sliding distance L1 of the sliding block (22). The slippage distance L1 is used for calculating the corresponding water flow impact force.
