The embodiment of the invention provides a train operation control optimization method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a genetic particle hybrid optimization model, namely a GAPSO model, based on the elementary point train dynamics based on a multi-objective optimization function, generating an initial target control speed curve of the train in the initial stage through the GAPSO model; re-optimizing a target control speed curve by using the GAPSO model according to a positive delay condition in each rolling optimization time window; and tracking the train according to the current target control speed curve to realize operation control of the train. According to the embodiment of the invention, online target speed optimization solution is realized through rolling optimization, so that the punctuality, the parking precision and the comfort of the train are improved.
