The method comprises the steps that when a seat adjusting signal is detected, whether the seat adjusting signal is a get-on scene signal or a get-off scene signal is judged; if the seat adjusting signal is a getting-on scene signal, a cushion air bag is controlled to be inflated, and a push-out device is controlled to be switched to a retracting state along an S-shaped track; and if the seat adjusting signal is a get-off scene signal, a cushion air bag is controlled to be deflated, and a push-out device is controlled to be switched to a push-out state along the S-shaped track. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, a driver and passengers can conveniently get on and off a vehicle to a certain extent, so that the use scene of a user is met.
