The meshing sleeve capable of axially sliding along the cylindrical surface has two working positions which are respectively meshed with the transmission seat and the connecting sleeve and meshed with the fixed seat and the connecting sleeve; hydraulic auxiliary driving of the steering axle can be achieved, or hydraulic driving can be cut off, and the requirements of different road conditions are met.
