The invention relates to a new energy commercial vehicle split type power battery pack mounting structure which comprises a plurality of sections of outer frames which are mutually independent and arranged in the length direction of a battery pack, and each section of outer frame comprises a lower cross beam and a side support; an inner frame lower support assembly and an inner frame upper support assembly are arranged in the outer frame. The structure is used for arranging the battery packs on the two sides of the middle of the vehicle frame, an integral battery frame is omitted, the side face installation support and the lower cross beam are designed, an integral connection structure is formed by combining with the vehicle frame, and an integral large frame of the battery packs does not need to be independently assembled; due to the structure and space arrangement relation, the assembling connection position of the side face support and the lower cross beam is located below the outer side of the frame, independent replacement and maintenance of the upper-layer battery pack and the lower-layer battery pack can be achieved, and the upper-layer battery pack and related installation assemblies do not need to be dismantled when the lower-layer battery pack is replaced and maintained.

    本发明涉及一种新能源商用车分体式动力电池包安装结构,该安装结构,包括多段相互独立沿电池包长度方向设置的外框架,每段外框架均包括下横梁和侧支架;外框架内设有内框架下支架总成和内框架上支架总成。本发明的结构用于车架中间两侧电池包的布置,取消整体式电池框,设计侧面安装支架与下横梁,通过与车架结合形成整体连接结构,无需单独组装电池包整体大框架;由于结构及空间布置关系,侧面支架与下横梁装配连接位置位于车架外侧的下方,可实现上、下层电池包独立更换维护,在更换维修下层电池包时无需拆除上面的电池包及相关安装组件。
