The invention discloses an electromagnetic type quasi-zero stiffness air suspension and an automobile, and belongs to the technical field of automobile suspensions, the electromagnetic type quasi-zero stiffness air suspension comprises air spring mechanisms and electromagnetic spring mechanisms, the tops and the bottoms of the air spring mechanisms and the electromagnetic spring mechanisms are provided with upper cover plates and lower bottom plates respectively, and the two electromagnetic spring mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the air spring mechanism; the two electromagnetic spring mechanisms are negative stiffness springs, the air spring mechanism is a positive stiffness spring, and the two electromagnetic spring mechanisms and the air spring mechanism are arranged between the upper cover plate and the lower bottom plate in parallel to form a quasi-zero stiffness air suspension; the restoring force generated when the air spring stretches out and draws back is counteracted by adjusting the height of the electromagnetic spring mechanism, and quasi-zero rigidity is achieved. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, quasi-zero rigidity in a large interval range can be achieved, meanwhile, when the dynamic deflection of the suspension is too large, the electromagnetic spring mechanism can stop working, and the probability that the suspension collides with the limiting block is reduced; and the influence of the static balance position change of the suspension caused by the sprung mass change of the air spring is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种电磁式准零刚度空气悬架及汽车,属于汽车悬架技术领域,包括空气弹簧机构和电磁弹簧机构,空气弹簧机构和电磁弹簧机构的顶部及底部分别设有上盖板及下底板,空气弹簧机构的两侧对称设有两个电磁弹簧机构;两个电磁弹簧机构为负刚度弹簧,空气弹簧机构为正刚度弹簧,并联设置在上盖板与下底板之间,组成准零刚度空气悬架;通过调整电磁弹簧机构的高度来抵消空气弹簧在伸缩时产生的恢复力,实现准零刚度。本发明结构简单、操作方便,能够实现较大区间范围的准零刚度,同时在悬架动挠度过大时电磁弹簧机构可停止参与工作,降低悬架撞击限位块的概率;且不受因空气弹簧簧载质量变化导致悬架静平衡位置改变的影响。
