The novel rotating vane type steering engine oil way design comprises a cylinder body, a rotor and a cylinder cover, the rotor is coaxially and rotatably connected into the cylinder body, the cylinder cover used for sealing is arranged at the end of the cylinder body, a plurality of fixed check blocks are evenly arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder body in the circumferential direction at intervals, and a working oil cavity is formed between every two adjacent fixed check blocks; a rotating vane part arranged in the working oil cavity is arranged on the outer wall of the rotor and divides the working oil cavity into a high-pressure cavity and a low-pressure cavity; and two internal flow channels are arranged in the cylinder cover, and are respectively communicated with the high-pressure cavity and the low-pressure cavity. An original oil way of the rotor is changed to the cylinder cover, and the high-pressure oil way and the low-pressure oil way which are used for supplying oil and the valve for isolating faults are connected to the original cylinder cover. Through novel oil way scheme configuration, a high-pressure cavity and a low-pressure cavity are communicated in the steering engine through a pipeline, a bypass valve and an isolating valve are arranged in the steering engine, when one oil cavity breaks down, the oil cavity is isolated through the bypass valve and the isolating valve, and normal work of other oil cavities is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种新型转叶式舵机油路设计,包括缸体、转子、缸盖,转子同轴转动连接设置于缸体内,缸体端部设有用于密封的缸盖,缸体内壁周向均匀间隔设有多个固定挡块,相邻两个固定挡块之间形成工作油腔,转子外壁设有置于工作油腔内的转叶部,转叶部将工作油腔分隔形成高压腔和低压腔;缸盖内部设有内部流道,两条内部流道分别与高压腔、低压腔相连通。本发明将转子原有油路更改至缸盖上,并在原缸盖上连接设置用于供油的高压油路、低压油路及隔离故障的阀门。通过新型油路方案配置,将高压腔与低压腔通过管路在舵机内部沟通,并在其中设置旁通阀和隔离阀,当某一油腔出现故障,通过旁通阀和隔离阀将其隔离,不影响到其它油腔的正常工作。
