The upper end of the slewing bearing is fixedly connected with a top mounting frame used for mounting the wind power crane, a sliding groove allowing the rotating ring to move is formed in the upper surface of the supporting base, a plurality of rotating rods are fixedly connected to the interior of the rotating ring, and the two ends of each rotating rod are rotationally connected with auxiliary wheels; the two protection semi-rings are fixedly mounted between the top mounting frame and the supporting base through the bolts, so that the slewing bearing and the meshing position of the gear and the slewing bearing can be protected, the slewing bearing can be prevented from being eroded by a severe marine environment, the service life of the device is prolonged, and normal operation of the wind power crane is guaranteed.
