The invention discloses a bridge crane clamp with variable clamping force, comprising: a mounting plate, two sides of which are provided with lifting lugs; the guide rod sliding block assembly comprises a shell, a sliding groove is formed in the shell, a sliding block capable of moving in the sliding groove in a reciprocating mode is arranged in the sliding groove, the two ends of the sliding block are connected with elastic pieces respectively, the other ends of the elastic pieces are connected with the inner wall of the sliding groove, and the shell is connected with an output shaft of a driving mechanism. The driving mechanism drives the guide rod sliding block assembly to swing. The lifting frame is movably connected with the sliding block through a connecting rod; the two clamping arm assemblies are installed on the two sides of the lifting frame in a movable connection mode respectively, the upper ends of the clamping arm assemblies are movably connected with the lifting lugs through connecting rod assemblies, and the lower ends of the clamping arm assemblies are clamping parts.
