The invention relates to a double-control meshing transmission lifting system which comprises a lifting system frame and a lifting machine, the interior of the lifting system frame is divided into multiple layers of lifting machine parking areas from top to bottom, and the lifting machine is arranged in the lifting system frame and used for moving up and down in the lifting system frame through a double-control gear meshing mechanism. The elevator parking area parked on the corresponding layer is in butt joint with an external shuttle vehicle; the double-control gear meshing mechanism comprises a gear rack power mechanism and a double-motor driving mechanism, and the gear rack power mechanism is meshed with racks vertically arranged at the four corners in the lifting system frame; the gear and rack power mechanisms are arranged at the four corners of the elevator and synchronously rotate under the double-motor driving mechanism to drive the elevator to move up and down. The design of double-control gear meshing transmission is adopted, the driving motor is placed in the lift car, the design of the whole elevator is simplified, meanwhile, the sedimentation problem and the high-speed running problem are solved, the two motors are arranged, and therefore the elevator can be arranged in a high-load and high-layer mode.

    本发明涉及一种双控啮合传动提升系统,包括提升系统框架和提升机,提升系统框架内由上到下被划分为了多层提升机停靠区域,提升机设置在提升系统框架内,且用于通过双控齿轮啮合机构在提升系统框架内上下移动,停靠在相应层的提升机停靠区域与外部穿梭车进行对接;双控齿轮啮合机构包括齿轮齿条动力机构和双电机驱动机构,齿轮齿条动力机构与提升系统框架内四角处的竖直设置的齿条啮合;齿轮齿条动力机构设置于提升机四角处且在双电机驱动机构下同步转动,带动提升机上下移动。本发明采用双控齿轮啮合传动的设计,把驱动电机放入轿厢中,简化了整个提升机的设计同时,解决了沉降问题,和高速运行问题,采取两个电机布置,使得提升机可高负载,高层数布置。
