The invention provides a module connecting structure and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the module connecting structure comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are respectively connected with a mounting part and a module of the unmanned aerial vehicle; the first connecting piece is provided with a first avoiding cavity and a clamping piece, and the clamping piece is provided with a clamping part extending in the direction perpendicular to an opening of the first avoiding cavity; the second connecting piece is provided with a second avoiding cavity and a buckling piece, and the buckling piece is provided with a buckling part extending in the direction perpendicular to an opening of the second avoiding cavity. The first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can abut against each other so that the first receding cavity can communicate with the second receding cavity, and the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece can rotate relatively so that the clamping part and the buckling part can be clamped or disengaged. According to the module connecting structure and the unmanned aerial vehicle provided by the invention, the clamping part and the buckling part can be fixed through clamping of the clamping part and the buckling part, so that the module is quickly mounted on the mounting part of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the dismounting difficulty and the dismounting time of the module are greatly reduced.
