The invention discloses a cabin humidifying system utilizing an environment control cooling system and a working method of the cabin humidifying system, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft environment system design. According to the system, condensate water generated by high-pressure water removal is led to the water evaporator to serve as a cold source, the heat exchange efficiency of the environment control system is improved, generated water vapor is injected by air supply of the cooling turbine, mixed with the air supply and then supplied into a cabin after passing through the filtering device, and meanwhile the condensate water is recycled. The humidity sensor can adjust the opening degree of the flow control valve so as to control the flow of water vapor. Heat generated by evaporation of condensate water is fully utilized, the efficiency of a loop control cooling system is improved, meanwhile, the mass of an aircraft water system is reduced, the purpose of reducing the takeoff weight of an aircraft is achieved, and fuel oil compensation loss of the aircraft can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种利用环控制冷系统的座舱增湿系统及其工作方法,属于飞机环境系统设计技术领域。本发明的系统中,高压除水产生的冷凝水被引至水蒸发器,作为冷源,增加环控系统的换热效率,产生的水蒸气被经过冷却涡轮的供气引射,并与之混合,经过过滤装置后供入座舱,同时,湿度传感器可调节流量控制活门的开度以控制水蒸气的流量。本发明充分利用了冷凝水蒸发的热量,增加了环控制冷系统的效率,同时减小了飞机水系统的质量,达到减小飞机起飞重量的目的,有利于减少飞机燃油代偿损失。
