The pneumatic control system comprises a pneumatic control cabinet, a pneumatic control valve and a gas cylinder, the pneumatic control cabinet comprises a gas inlet connector and a gas outlet connector, the gas inlet connector is connected with an on-board gas source and the gas cylinder, the gas outlet connector is connected with the pneumatic control valve, and the gas cylinder is connected with the pneumatic control valve. Air is supplied to the pneumatic control cabinet through the on-board air source or the air cylinder, the air outlet direction is controlled through the pneumatic control cabinet, and opening and closing of the pneumatic control valve are controlled. An air inlet connector of the pneumatic control cabinet is connected with an on-board air source and an air cylinder which can provide driving air sources for opening and closing of the pneumatic control valve, and under the normal condition, air is supplied through the on-board air source. When a gas source on the ship is powered off or breaks down, the gas cylinder can be used as standby gas for gas supply so as to maintain the normal opening and closing function of the pneumatic control valve.

    本发明公开一种减摇水舱的气动控制系统及可控被动式减摇系统,包括气动控制柜、气动控制阀和气瓶,所述气动控制柜包括进气接口和出气接口,所述进气接口连接船上气源以及所述气瓶,所述出气接口连接所述气动控制阀,通过所述船上气源或所述气瓶为所述气动控制柜供气,通过所述气动控制柜控制出气方向,实现控制所述气动控制阀的开闭。气动控制柜的进气接口连接船上气源以及气瓶,二者均能够为气动控制阀的开闭提供驱动气源,在正常状况下,通过船上气源供气;当船上气源断电或故障时,可以利用气瓶作为备用气进行供气,以维持气动控制阀的正常开闭功能。
