The invention discloses an intelligent synchronization system which comprises an interior sliding plate line, a line edge assembly device, a sliding plate speed detection device and a synchronization controller. The line edge assembling equipment is matched with a to-be-assembled sliding plate in the interior trim sliding plate line to complete automobile part assembling; the sliding plate speed detection equipment is fixedly assembled on the side of the interior sliding plate line; the sliding plate speed detection equipment comprises an angular speed detector and a rolling wheel, the rolling wheel presses a sliding plate to be assembled, when the sliding plate to be assembled advances, the rolling wheel is driven to rotate through friction force, and the linear motion state of the sliding plate is converted into circular motion; the angular speed detector indirectly obtains the actual sliding plate speed of the to-be-assembled sliding plate by detecting the rolling wheel and transmits the actual sliding plate speed to the synchronous controller; and the synchronous controller is used for determining a first synchronous control speed according to the actual speed of the sliding plate and the driving speed of the main motor corresponding to the sliding plate to be assembled, and controlling the running speed of the line edge assembling equipment according to the first synchronous control speed, so that the speed of the line edge assembling equipment and the speed of the sliding plate to be assembled are kept synchronous.

    本发明公开了一种智能同步系统,包括:内饰滑板线,线边装配设备,滑板速度检测设备,同步控制器;线边装配设备和内饰滑板线中的待装配滑板配合完成汽车零件装配;滑板速度检测设备固定装配在内饰滑板线的边侧;滑板速度检测设备包括角速度检测器、滚压轮,滚压轮压紧待装配滑板,当待装配滑板前进时,通过摩擦力带动滚压轮转动,将滑板的直线运动状态转化为圆周运动;角速度检测器通过检测滚压轮间接得到待装配滑板的滑板实际速度传输给同步控制器;同步控制器,用于根据滑板实际速度和待装配滑板对应的主电机驱动速度确定出第一同步控制速度,并根据第一同步控制速度控制线边装配设备的运行速度,以使线边装配设备和待装配滑板保持速度同步。
