The invention discloses a steering system, an angle module and a vehicle, and the steering system comprises a steering power assembly which is used for being installed on a vehicle body of the vehicle; the steering execution assembly is used for being connected with a walking system of the vehicle; the steering transmission assembly comprises a first transmission shaft connected with the steering power assembly, a second transmission shaft connected with the steering execution assembly and a buffer device connected between the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft, and the buffer device comprises an elastic piece; the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are connected with the elastic piece in the mode that the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft are distributed in a staggered mode in the rotating radial direction of the steering transmission assembly. The impact force in all directions can be absorbed through deformation of the elastic piece in the buffering device, so that impact vibration in all directions of the ground is filtered, impact loads in all directions are reduced or avoided, and particularly radial loads in the rotating radial direction of the steering transmission assembly are reduced or avoided.
