The invention provides an emergency braking system for a commercial vehicle. The emergency braking system comprises an emergency braking module, an air cylinder, a first ASR electromagnetic valve, a second ASR electromagnetic valve, a third ASR electromagnetic valve and a fourth ASR electromagnetic valve. An air inlet of the emergency braking module is communicated with the air storage cylinder, an air outlet of the emergency braking module is communicated with a front axle left air chamber, a front axle right air chamber, a rear axle left air chamber and a rear axle right air chamber of a vehicle, and the air inlet of the emergency braking module is communicated with the air storage cylinder by controlling on-off of the first ASR electromagnetic valve, the second ASR electromagnetic valve, the third ASR electromagnetic valve and the fourth ASR electromagnetic valve. Compressed air in the air storage cylinder enters the front axle left air chamber, the front axle right air chamber, the rear axle left air chamber and the rear axle right air chamber at the same time, thrust of the air chambers is increased, and a vehicle is braked and stopped. The emergency braking capacity of the vehicle can be improved, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.
本发明提供一种商用车应急制动系统,包括:应急制动模块、储气筒、第一ASR电磁阀、第二ASR电磁阀、第三ASR电磁阀和第四ASR电磁阀;所述应急制动模块的进气口与所述储气筒相连通,所述应急制动模块的出气口分别与车辆的前桥左气室、前桥右气室、后桥左气室和后桥右气室相连通,并通过控制所述第一ASR电磁阀、所述第二ASR电磁阀、所述第三ASR电磁阀和所述第四ASR电磁阀通断,使所述储气筒内的压缩气体同时进入前桥左气室、前桥右气室、后桥左气室和后桥右气室中,增加气室推力,使车辆制动停止。本发明能提高车辆的应急制动能力,增加车辆的安全性。
