The invention relates to an electric segmentation or electric split-phase information interface in a bilateral through power supply mode of an electrified railway traction power supply system, which can reliably and safely transmit the electric segmentation or electric split-phase information of the power supply system to a railway train control signal system in the bilateral through power supply mode, so as to match linkage operation with train power-off and over-power split-phase or electrified over-power segmentation. Each of the uplink power supply line electric segment or electric phase-splitting information interface and the downlink power supply line electric segment or electric phase-splitting information interface comprises a power supply part, an electric segment or electric phase-splitting information logic unit, an isolation unit and a railway signal system receiving end; the power supply part provides a stable and reliable direct-current power supply, the direct-current power supply voltage passes through the electric segmentation or electric split-phase information logic unit to output a voltage signal for indicating electric segmentation information, and then the corresponding voltage signal is converted into an opening and closing signal of a contactor through a safety relay in the isolation unit to be transmitted to a train control system; and the function of transmitting electric segmentation information to a railway signal system is realized.
