The invention discloses a real-time energy management method for a fuel cell locomotive, which comprises the following steps: acquiring historical typical driving condition data of a fuel cell hybrid power locomotive, and constructing a Markov state transition probability matrix; the current driving working condition is obtained, and the vehicle speed is predicted according to the Markov state transition probability matrix; based on a power system structure of the fuel cell hybrid power locomotive, establishing a fuel cell locomotive whole vehicle power system model; based on the Pontryagin minimum principle, the relation between the co-state variable and the SOC variable quantity is obtained offline through a targeting method; obtaining an optimal co-state variable by using the relationship between the co-state variable and the SOC variation; on-line correction is carried out on the Hamiltonian function according to the predicted vehicle speed; according to the optimal co-state variable, the corrected Hamiltonian function is updated; and performing minimization solution on the updated Hamiltonian function to obtain the optimal power distribution among the power batteries, thereby realizing the real-time energy management of the fuel cell locomotive.

    本发明公开了一种燃料电池机车实时能量管理方法,包括:获取燃料电池混合动力机车的历史典型行驶工况数据,构建马尔可夫状态转移概率矩阵;获取当前行驶工况,并根据所述马尔可夫状态转移概率矩阵对车速进行预测;基于燃料电池混合动力机车的动力系统结构,建立燃料电池机车整车动力系统模型;基于庞特里亚金极小值原理,通过打靶法离线获取协态变量与SOC变化量的关系;利用所述协态变量与SOC变化量的关系,获取最优协态变量;根据预测车速,对哈密顿函数进行在线修正;根据所述最优协态变量,对修正后的哈密顿函数进行更新;对更新后的哈密顿函数进行最小化求解,获取动力电池之间的最优功率分配,实现燃料电池机车实时能量管理。
