The invention relates to a combined empowerment Topsis-based orderly charging method for an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle-road-station-network information interaction model is established according to the coupling relation of an electric vehicle, a traffic road network, a charging station and a power distribution network and real-time operation data of all parties; providing a dynamic Floyd path shortest time search algorithm taking traffic flow of a traffic network as a variable, and searching a shortest driving time path of the electric vehicle; based on a shortest distance and shortest time path search algorithm, predicting a result of vehicle-road-station-network generated when the electric vehicle goes to each charging station for fast charging, obtaining different charging decision targets, and performing subjective and objective combination weighting on the charging decision targets by using an analytic hierarchy process and an entropy weight method; and through a Topsis decision-making method of subjective and objective combination empowerment, decision-making targets generated by quick charging selection of each charging station are sorted, and an electric vehicle user is guided to go to the charging station with an optimal result for quick charging. The method has a reference value for the ordered charging research of the electric vehicle under the interaction of multi-subject information.

    本发明涉及一种基于组合赋权Topsis电动汽车有序充电方法。该方法包括:根据电动汽车、交通路网、充电站和配电网的耦合关系以及各方实时运行数据建立“车‑路‑站‑网”信息交互模型;提出以交通路网车流量为变量的动态Floyd路径最短时间搜索算法,搜索电动汽车行驶最短时间路径;基于最短距离和最短时间路径搜索算法预测电动汽车前往各个充电站快充的对“车‑路‑站‑网”产生的结果,得到不同充电决策目标,利用层次分析法和熵权法对充电决策目标进行主客观组合赋权,通过主客观组合赋权的Topsis决策方法对各充电站快充选择产生的决策目标排序,引导电动汽车用户前往最优结果的充电站进行快充。此方法对多主体信息交互下电动汽车有序充电研究具有参考价值。
