The method comprises the following steps: acquiring historical photovoltaic power utilization data of a photovoltaic charging station in a charging period, and carrying out energy charging internal demand analysis on the photovoltaic charging station to form station energy charging internal demand result data; acquiring supplementary energy charging consumption data among different photovoltaic charging stations, and performing energy charging planning among the stations in combination with required result data in the stations and historical photovoltaic power utilization data to form energy charging planning result data among the stations; and according to the inter-station energy charging planning result data and the station energy charging internal demand result data, performing photovoltaic energy charging control on the photovoltaic charging station. Charge energy distribution in a regional range is realized by reasonably analyzing the power generation charge energy of the photovoltaic charging pile, so that the utilization rate of energy is improved, and the situation that the charging pile cannot be charged due to insufficient charge energy is avoided.
