The invention discloses a grounding wire suspension device with a positioning function and a suspension method. The grounding wire suspension device comprises an inverted-U-shaped U-shaped frame, a power transmission and distribution wire clamping mechanism, a winding and unwinding mechanism, an unmanned aerial vehicle connecting mechanism, a positioning module and a control module. The suspension method comprises the following steps: collecting real-time position information of the ground wire suspension device; whether the real-time position information is in a preset suspension operation area or not is judged, and if yes, an unmanned aerial vehicle connecting mechanism and a suspension connector of an unmanned aerial vehicle suspend the ground wire suspension device above the power transmission and distribution line and align the ground wire suspension device with the power transmission and distribution line; placing the power transmission and distribution line between a first clamp and a second clamp of the grounding wire suspension device; and the current real-time position information of the grounding wire suspension device is obtained again and compared with the preset suspension operation point positioning information, and only when the real-time positioning information is matched with the preset suspension operation point positioning information, the power transmission and distribution wire clamping mechanism and the winding and unwinding mechanism are controlled to act according to the control instruction.

    本发明公开了一种具有定位功能的接地线悬挂装置及悬挂方法,该接地线悬挂装置包括呈倒U型的U型架、输配电线夹持机构、卷放线机构、无人机连接机构、定位模块以及控制模块;悬挂方法包括:采集接地线悬挂装置的实时位置信息;判断所述实时位置信息是否在预设悬挂作业区域内,若是,则使无人机连接机构与无人机的悬挂连接头,将该地线悬挂装置悬挂在输配电线上方且与输配电线对齐;使输配电线置于接地线悬挂装置的第一夹具和第二夹具之间;再次获取接地线悬挂装置当前的实时位置信息并与预设悬挂作业点定位信息进行比较,只有当所述实时定位信息与预设悬挂作业点定位信息相匹配时,才根据控制指令控制输配电线夹持机构和卷放线机构动作。
