The invention discloses a spacecraft multi-stage cylinder type ejection separation mechanism. The ejection separation mechanism comprises a high-pressure gas cylinder, a flow control valve, a multi-stage piston cylinder, a baffle, a connecting mechanism and a multi-stage baffle transmission device. A flow control valve is mounted in the gas channel; the connecting mechanism comprises two clamping hooks which are oppositely arranged and an elastic piece; the bottom end of the clamping hook is fixedly connected to the top of the upper piston cylinder through a shear pin or an explosive bolt. The baffles are in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping hooks and are used for limiting the clamping hooks; the inner side wall of the baffle is attached to the outer side wall of the upper piston cylinder, and the bottom support at the bottom end supports the bottom end of the upper piston cylinder. In the vertical direction, the baffle is longer than the upper piston cylinder and has a length difference; and the multi-stage baffle transmission device is used for limiting the maximum lifting height of the baffle. According to the ejection separation mechanism, the distance in the separation process of the spacecraft and the carrier can be increased under the condition that the minimum distance before the spacecraft and the carrier are separated is not changed.
本发明公开了一种航天器多级缸型弹射分离机构,该弹射分离机构包括高压气瓶、流量控制阀、多级活塞缸、挡板、连接机构以及多级挡板传动装置;气体通道中安装有流量控制阀;连接机构包括相对设置的两个卡勾以及弹性件;卡勾的底端通过剪切销或者爆炸螺栓固定连接于上活塞缸的顶部;挡板与卡勾一一对应,用于对卡勾进行限位;挡板的内侧壁与上活塞缸的外侧壁贴合,底端的底托支承上活塞缸的底端;沿竖直方向,挡板的长度大于上活塞缸的长度且具有长度差;多级挡板传动装置用于限制挡板的最大上升高度。上述弹射分离机构能够在不改变航天器和运载器分离之前最小距离的情况下,增大航天器和运载器分离过程中的距离。
