The invention discloses a fixed-point staying device for a captive balloon and a fixed-point staying method. The fixed-point staying device comprises the balloon and a mounting platform, and third bevel gears at the two ends of a transmission rod are engaged with a first bevel gear and a second bevel gear correspondingly; through the design of the structures such as the fixing column, the fixing frame, the mounting frame, the first winding disc and the second winding disc, when the balloon floats, the first winding disc is matched with the first movable disc, the second movable disc is matched with the second winding disc, so that the mooring rope can be tightened, and when the balloon is blown by wind power, the mooring rope can be tightened; the balloon can drive the mounting frame to rotate on the fixing frame when the balloon is blown by wind to change the direction, so that the mounting frame can change the direction along with the balloon, and the situation that mooring ropes are wound together to affect floating of the captive balloon can be prevented; the device can improve the wind resistance stability of the captive balloon when the captive balloon stays at a fixed point.

    本发明公开了一种用于系留气球的定点停留装置及定点停留方法,包括气球与安装平台,所述传动杆两端的第三锥形齿轮分别与第一锥形齿轮、第二锥形齿轮啮合;本发明通过固定柱、固定架、安装架、第一收卷盘与第二收卷盘等结构的设计,在气球浮空时,通过第一收卷盘配合第一活动盘、第二活动盘配合第二收卷盘可使得系留缆绳能够绷紧,可在气球在被风力吹动时,从而可提高气球在定点停留时的抗风稳定性,并且可在气球在被风力吹动而改变方向时,气球可带动安装架在固定架上进行转动,从而可使得安装架能够跟随气球改变方向,可防止缆绳缠绕在一起而影响系留气球浮空,本装置可提高系留气球在定点停留时的抗风稳定性。
