The invention discloses a film type LNG (liquefied natural gas) ship insulating layer sewage discharge device which is characterized by comprising a sewage well arranged at the bottom of an isolation void, a pneumatic pump arranged in the isolation void, and a measuring pipeline which penetrates through the isolation void from the upper part of a main deck to extend into the sewage well. The bilge well is arranged at the bottom of the isolation void cabin, the pneumatic pump is arranged in the isolation void cabin, the bilge well is communicated with the secondary insulating layer of the liquid cargo tank through the insulating layer discharge pipe, when the liquid level sensor detects that leaked water exists in the bilge well, the diaphragm pump is started immediately, and the leaked water in the bilge well can be discharged in the first time; the safety of the liquid cargo tank is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种薄膜型LNG船绝缘层污水排泄装置,其特征在于,包括设置在隔离空舱底部的污水井、设置在隔离空舱内的气动泵、以及从主甲板上方一直向下穿过隔离空舱直至伸入污水井内的测量管路。本发明通过在隔离空舱底部设置污水井,在隔离空舱内设置气动泵,通过绝缘层泄放管将污水井与液货舱的次层绝缘层相联通,当液位传感器检测到污水井内有泄漏水时立即启动启动隔膜泵,可第一时间排出污水井内的泄漏水,保证液货舱的安全。
