The invention discloses a self-locking brake-by-wire system which comprises a main controller, a brake pedal, a displacement sensor, a brake push rod, a spring pressure plate, a pedal return spring, a front shell, a rear shell, a brake oil can, a brake master cylinder mechanism, a pressure sensor, an anti-lock device and a brake mechanism. The power assisting device further comprises a power assisting motor, a first ball bearing, a second ball bearing and a speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism. The brake pedal is connected with the brake push rod, the brake push rod is connected with the pedal return spring, the pedal return spring is installed in the rear shell, the displacement sensor is installed at the radial position of the brake push rod, and the power-assisted motor is installed on the front shell. According to the self-locking type brake-by-wire system, the speed reducing and torque increasing mechanism has a self-locking function, long-term pressure maintaining can be achieved, and the slope holding capacity is improved; after the whole vehicle is powered off, the pressure can still be kept, and therefore a parking brake can be omitted, and the whole braking system is more concise.

    本发明公开了自锁式线控制动系统,包括主控制器、制动踏板、位移传感器、制动推杆、弹簧压盘、踏板回位弹簧、前壳体、后壳体、制动油壶、制动总泵机构、压力传感器、防抱死装置、制动器机构,还包括助力电机、第一滚珠轴承、第二滚珠轴承、减速增扭机构;所述制动踏板和所述制动推杆连接,所述制动推杆与所述踏板回位弹簧连接,所述踏板回位弹簧安装于所述后壳体内,所述位移传感器安装在所述制动推杆的径向位置,所述助力电机安装在所述前壳体上。本发明所述的自锁式线控制动系统,减速增扭机构具有自锁功能可实现长期保压,提升驻坡能力;整车下电后压力仍可继续保持,从而可以取消驻车制动器,使整个制动系统更加简洁。
