The second state is a state in which the power report value of the charging pile exceeds the available power value of the station to which the charging pile belongs. The power monitoring process is performed according to the power issuing value of the single charging pile and the power reporting value acquired in real time, so that timely regulation and control can be performed when the power of the charging pile is abnormally low or abnormally high, the monitoring effect is ensured, and the monitoring efficiency of the charging pile is effectively improved.
