The invention discloses a charging pile fault determination method and device, a storage medium and computer equipment, and the method comprises the steps: receiving charging pile fault report information which comprises fault charging pile information and a fault code corresponding to a fault charging pile; based on the fault charging pile information, determining a fault charging pile model corresponding to the fault charging pile; an aggregation platform interface is called, fault reason information of the fault charging pile is inquired in an aggregation platform through the aggregation platform interface on the basis of the fault charging pile model and the fault code, fault code aggregation information of multiple charging pile models is registered in the aggregation platform, and the fault reason information of the fault charging pile is inquired in the aggregation platform through the aggregation platform interface. The fault code aggregation information comprises a plurality of preset fault codes and a standard fault reason corresponding to each preset fault code. According to the invention, the fault reason of the fault charging pile can be accurately positioned, and the problem that the fault reason is difficult to quickly and accurately position when the charging pile has a fault is effectively solved.
