The invention discloses a working medium volatility matched vehicle-mounted heat management system which comprises an engine, a waste heat recovery subsystem, a refrigeration subsystem and a liquid separation condenser and adopts a non-azeotropic mixed working medium as a working medium. On the basis of achieving collaborative thermal management on a low-temperature waste heat source, a high-temperature waste heat source, a low-temperature refrigeration object and a high-temperature refrigeration object, an original filling working medium is separated into a high-volatility working medium and a low-volatility working medium through a liquid separation condenser, and based on the characteristic that the high-volatility working medium has higher evaporation pressure compared with the original filling working medium at the same evaporation temperature, the high-volatility working medium is separated into a high-volatility working medium and a low-volatility working medium; the evaporation pressure of the system is improved, and then the energy conversion efficiency of the system and the energy-saving effect of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种工质挥发性匹配的车载热管理系统,该车载热管理系统包括发动机、余热回收子系统、制冷子系统、分液冷凝器,该车载热管理系统采用非共沸混合工质作为工质,在实现对低温余热源、高温余热源、低温制冷对象、高温制冷对象进行协同热管理的基础上,利用分液冷凝器将原始充注工质分离为高、低挥发性工质,基于高挥发性工质在相同蒸发温度下相较于原始充注工质具有更高蒸发压力的特点,提升系统的蒸发压力,进而提升系统的能量转换效率和整车节能效果。
