The invention discloses a rear suspension assembly of an electrically-driven automobile. The rear suspension assembly comprises a rear axle, a driving motor, a first elastic element, a first damper and a damping element. The driving motor is assembled on the middle section of the rear axle and deviates from the axial center position of the rear axle; the two first elastic elements are installed at the two ends of the rear axle respectively. The two first shock absorbers are installed at the two ends of the rear axle respectively. The first end of the damping element is installed on the rear axle or the driving motor, and the second end of the damping element is installed on a vehicle body of the electric drive vehicle. The damping element is additionally arranged on the rear axle of the rear suspension assembly, so that offset frequency vibration caused by the fact that the driving motor is arranged in the axial center of the rear axle in an offset mode can be restrained, and the problem of low-frequency resonance caused by the offset frequency vibration of the rear axle can be eliminated. The elastic element of the rear suspension assembly is prevented from being broken due to low-frequency vibration, and the situation of large-amplitude vibration of a vehicle body caused by low-frequency vibration is also avoided. The invention further discloses an electrically-driven automobile applying the rear suspension assembly.
