The invention discloses a sound-absorbing and heat-insulating honeycomb composite board and a preparation method thereof. The sound-absorbing and heat-insulating honeycomb composite board sequentially comprises an anti-seepage and scratch-resistant layer, a breathable and sound-absorbing bonding layer, a sound-absorbing layer, a bonding layer, a sound-absorbing and heat-insulating layer, a bonding layer, a sound-absorbing layer, a breathable and sound-absorbing bonding layer and an anti-seepage and scratch-resistant layer from top to bottom, the preparation process comprises the following steps: performing opening, mixing, carding, lapping and needling reinforcement on thermoplastic matrix resin fibers, hollow fibers and reinforced fibers according to a certain proportion to obtain fiber-reinforced thermoplastic felt, and preheating, thermally bonding and pressurizing the fiber-reinforced thermoplastic felt and a plastic honeycomb core of which the surface is uniformly scattered with nano aerogel particles through continuous composite plate pressing equipment to obtain a composite fabric; and coating, cooling and cutting to obtain the honeycomb composite board with high sound absorption and heat insulation. By adding and introducing the hollow fibers and the nano aerogel porous material, the internal porosity of the honeycomb composite board material is effectively improved, and the NVH performance of a product is remarkably improved.

    本发明公开了一种吸音隔热蜂窝复合板材及其制备方法,从上到下依次为防渗耐刮擦层、透气吸声粘结层、吸音层、粘结层、吸音隔热层、粘结层、吸音层、透气吸声粘结层、防渗耐刮擦层,制备工艺为将一定比例的热塑性基体树脂纤维、中空纤维及增强纤维经开松、混合、梳理、铺网、针刺加固后制得纤维增强热塑性毛毡与表面均匀洒落有纳米气凝胶颗粒的塑料蜂窝芯经过连续型复合压板设备的预热、热粘合、加压、复合面料、胶膜、冷却、裁切制得兼具有高吸音、隔热蜂窝复合板材。本发明通过中空纤维以及纳米气凝胶多孔质材料的添加引入,有效提升了蜂窝复合板材料内部孔隙率,使制品NVH性能得以显著提升。
