The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator that suppresses erroneous detection of a non-contact sensor. Therefore, in the elevator provided with a non-contact sensor (22) for detecting input from a passenger, after input information of the non-contact sensor (22) is consistent with an input detection condition, when the input information is not consistent with the input detection condition, the input information of the non-contact sensor (22) is registered. Furthermore, after the input information of the plurality of non-contact sensors (22) is detected, if the input information of the non-contact sensors (22) is a single input information, only a single input detection condition is registered.
