The method comprises the steps that the current target battery replacement interval duration of a battery replacement cabinet is acquired; determining the charging current of the current battery pack according to the target battery replacement interval duration, the number of residual battery packs in the current battery replacement cabinet and the rated capacity of the current battery pack; according to the charging current and the rated capacity, the charging rate of the current battery pack is determined, and the charging rate is inversely proportional to the target battery replacement interval duration. By using the battery replacement cabinet control method provided by the invention, the charging rate can be improved in the peak period of the battery replacement cabinet, so that a large number of full-power battery packs can be provided, and the battery replacement requirement of a user can be met; and the charging rate is reduced in the low-peak period of the battery changing cabinet, so that the service life of the battery pack is prolonged.
