The method comprises the following steps: on the basis of a cell sampling voltage of a to-be-measured cell, correcting a voltage drop generated when the to-be-measured cell starts equalization, a voltage drop generated when a cell adjacent to a positive electrode of the to-be-measured cell starts equalization and a voltage drop generated when a cell adjacent to a negative electrode of the to-be-measured cell starts equalization, and calculating an actual voltage of the to-be-measured cell, and the calculation accuracy of the actual voltage of the battery cell is obviously improved. Furthermore, through tests and statistics, the voltage drop when the battery cell is started to be balanced can be divided into self positive voltage drop and self negative voltage drop, and the voltage drop which influences the current battery cell voltage when the adjacent battery cell is started to be balanced is the adjacent negative voltage drop and the adjacent positive voltage drop. On the basis, the correction relation of the actual voltage of the battery cell can be correspondingly constructed according to whether equalization is started or not.
本发明涉及电池技术领域,特别是一种电芯电压测算方法、装置、介质及BMS系统。在待测电芯的电芯采样电压的基础上,修正因所述待测算电芯自身开启均衡时产生的压降、所述待测算电芯的正极相邻电芯开启均衡时产生的压降和所述待测算电芯的负极相邻电芯开启均衡时产生的压降,计算所述待测电芯实际电压,显著提高电芯实际电压的计算准确度。进一步地,经试验和统计发现自身开启均衡时的压降可分为自身正极压降和自身负极压降,相邻电芯开启均衡时对当前电芯电压有影响的压降为相邻负极压降和相邻正极压降,在此基础上根据是否开启均衡可对应构建电芯实际电压的修正关系。
