The system comprises the closed cabin, a high-pressure nitrogen cylinder set is arranged in the closed cabin, an outlet of the high-pressure nitrogen cylinder set is sequentially connected with a stop valve, a first pressure reducing valve, a first ejector, an electromagnetic valve set and a pneumatic valve set, and the pneumatic valve set is installed on an oxygen supply pipeline set in a matched mode; the outlet of the first pressure reducing valve is also sequentially connected with a first electromagnetic valve, a second pressure reducing valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a circulating water tank, a third electromagnetic valve and a gas-water separator; the other conduction position of the first electromagnetic valve is sequentially connected with the second ejector and an inlet of the second electromagnetic valve; an outlet of the second pressure reducing valve is sequentially connected with a three-way valve, a nitrogen protection cover inlet, a nitrogen protection cover outlet and a nitrogen circulating pump; and the outlet of the second pressure reducing valve is also connected with the sweeping and blowing gas inlet of the nitrogen protection cover. The nitrogen in the closed cabin can be recycled, and the cabin pressure is effectively kept in a set range, so that the working stability of the fuel cell stack is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种用于密闭舱室的氮气回收循环利用方法及系统,包括密闭舱室,密闭舱室的内部设置有高压氮气瓶组,高压氮气瓶组的出口依次与截止阀、第一减压阀、第一引射器、电磁阀组、气动阀组连接,气动阀组配合安装在供氧管路组上;第一减压阀的出口还依次与第一电磁阀、第二减压阀、第二电磁阀、循环水箱、第三电磁阀、气水分离器连接;第一电磁阀的另一个导通位依次与第二引射器、第二电磁阀的入口连接;第二减压阀的出口依次与三通阀、氮气保护罩入口、氮气保护罩出口、氮气循环泵连接;第二减压阀的出口还与氮气保护罩的扫吹气入口连接。能够实现密闭舱室内氮气的回收循环利用,有效保证其舱压保持在设定范围内,从而保证燃料电池电堆的工作稳定性。
