When the traffic flow is low, calculation is carried out through the central calculation equipment to reduce the use cost of the cloud, and when the traffic flow is too high, calculation is carried out through the cloud and the central calculation equipment together, so that the calculation capability can meet the demand of the traffic flow, and the cloud calculation capability can adapt to the change of the traffic flow through the expandability of the cloud. And the construction, operation and maintenance cost of the central computing equipment is reduced.
