The invention relates to a transfer device and a motor vehicle. The transfer device comprises a main shaft which comprises an output end; the first output part is in transmission connection with the output end of the main shaft; a second output unit; the hydraulic clutch assembly is used for transmitting the torque of the main shaft to the second output part, and comprises an inner ring, an outer ring and an outer ring, and the main shaft is sleeved with the inner ring in an anti-torque mode; the outer ring is rotatably arranged on the main shaft in a sleeving manner; the friction assembly is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring and used for enabling the outer ring and the inner ring to be connected or separated in an anti-torsion mode; and the outer wall of the outer ring is in transmission connection with the second output part through a belt, so that the torque of the main shaft is transmitted to the second output part. According to the invention, the axial spacing can be reduced, the axial stacking space is saved, the process is simple, the weight is light, and the cost is low.
