The problem that an existing brake valve is insufficient in stability in the reset process of a piston assembly is solved. The brake valve comprises a valve body and a piston assembly arranged in the valve body, the piston assembly is provided with a sliding part which can be in sliding fit with the inner circumferential wall of the valve body and divides an inner cavity of the valve body into a low-pressure cavity and a high-pressure cavity, and the guide structure of the brake valve comprises a reset guide rod which is arranged in the high-pressure cavity and arranged in the axial direction of the piston assembly. The lower end of the reset guide rod is arranged on the piston assembly in a sliding and penetrating mode, the reset guide rod is sleeved with a reset spring, the two ends of the reset spring act on the piston assembly and the reset guide rod respectively so that the upper end of the reset guide rod can abut against the inner wall of the high-pressure cavity, and the inner wall of the high-pressure cavity can conduct radial limiting on the reset guide rod. The guide effect of the piston assembly is greatly improved, and then the stability of the piston assembly during resetting is improved.
