The invention relates to a moisture adjusting device. The moisture adjusting device comprises an air inlet pipeline, an air compressor, an air pump, a switching circuit, an evaporation chamber, a water pressing tank and a water return tank. The first end of the air inlet pipeline is connected with the first end of the switching circuit through the air pump, the two second ends of the switching circuit are connected with the first end of the water pressing tank and an air inlet of the evaporation chamber respectively, the second end of the water pressing tank is connected with the water return tank, and the water pressing tank is further connected with a water inlet of the evaporation chamber. An air outlet of the evaporation chamber is connected with an inlet of the air compressor through a second end of the air inlet pipeline; a reflux inlet of the evaporation chamber is connected with the water return tank; when the switching circuit conducts the water path channel where the water pressing tank is located, liquid in the water pressing tank can be pressed into the evaporation chamber, when the switching circuit conducts the moisture adjusting channel where the evaporation chamber is located, gas can be conveyed to the evaporation chamber, so that the evaporation chamber generates water vapor and outputs the water vapor to the gas compressor, and the moisture adjusting device is simple in structure, small in occupied space and low in cost.
