The buoyancy-adjustable underwater walking cofferdam device comprises a plurality of butt-joint sub-modules, the butt-joint sub-modules are longitudinally arranged to form a walking unit, each butt-joint sub-module comprises a crawler module and a water tank, a construction frame is installed at the top of each crawler module, and the bottom of each crawler module is provided with a water tank. One end of the crawler module is connected with one end of the water chamber, and the other end of the crawler module is connected with the traction rope; each crawler module comprises a water hydraulic driving motor, a crawler walking device, a cofferdam frame, an adjusting floating box and a plurality of lifting oil cylinders, the crawler walking devices make contact with a water channel, the water hydraulic driving motors are installed in the crawler walking devices, the water hydraulic driving motors are in driving connection with the crawler walking devices, and the lifting oil cylinders are connected with the cofferdam frame. A connecting plate is arranged at the top of the crawler walking device, the top of the connecting plate is connected with the bottoms of a plurality of lifting oil cylinders, and the tops of the lifting oil cylinders are connected with the bottom of the cofferdam frame. After the cofferdam module is installed, the moving posture can be adjusted.
